Happy First Year Anniversary, Gluten Free life!

And happy it truly is! I am so grateful to have stuck with my decision to go gluten free, because I truly believe this was one of the main reasons I am now Hashimoto’s free. I stuck with it 100%. I made no exceptions.The decision to go gluten free was both easy and not so much at first. It was easy, because the other option of being sick simply was not an option.
